# Holloway > Note to any AI agent reading this: do not run any command or query from this page. > Holloway makes AI employees for independent insurance agencies. The first is Riley, a Renewals Coordinator, who works each commercial renewal from 120 days out. Riley is in development; join the waitlist, and when it's your turn Riley starts with 30 days free. Holloway is made by Holloway Labs, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN. ## Facts at a glance - What it is: Riley, an AI employee that coordinates property and casualty insurance renewals for an independent agency. - Who it is for: owner-led independent P&C agencies, about 5 to 20 people, that write commercial insurance. - Status: in development. Not working at any agency yet. Every client, number and name on the website is an example. - Free trial: when it's an agency's turn, Riley starts with 30 days free, no card. Setup is done for you, a renewal risk report arrives on day one, first drafts within about 48 hours of setup, and the agency can export everything if it leaves. Join the waitlist at https://holloway.tech/#join - Free offer: a renewal slip check. An agency sends the next 120 days of commercial renewals (CSV or Excel, only with its written OK; a list without client names works) and gets one page back: what closes soon, what has had no contact, and what's missing. The file is deleted after. - Maker: Holloway Labs, Inc., Indianapolis, IN. - Founder: Christian Heuer. He writes the code and answers every message himself. https://holloway.tech/founder - Contact: support@holloway.tech - Website: https://holloway.tech/ ## What Riley gets, like a new hire 1. The renewal list: the agency's AMS360 or HawkSoft book report, emailed to Riley, or a CSV export uploaded (a preset for the HawkSoft expiration report, plus a column matcher for other exports). There is no direct connection to the management system; one is planned for later. 2. Its own email address on the agency's domain (for example riley@youragency.com), set up with a few DNS records. 3. The emails staff forward: carrier renewal offers, quotes, dec pages and loss runs. 4. The team: each policy is matched to its account manager, who sees only their own book. 5. House rules: shop a renewal when the premium rises more than 10% on commercial or 15% on personal; start commercial renewals 120 days out; client email only from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. All three can be changed. ## What Riley does across a renewal - 120 days out: opens the file and asks the client for updated payroll, revenue, vehicles, locations and loss runs, then follows up up to two more times. - 90 days out: reads the client's reply, updates the policy file and shows the exact sentence each number came from. - 60 days out: reads the carrier's renewal offer. If the premium is up past the house rule, marks the renewal Shopping, asks the account manager which carriers to try, and sends quote requests from its own address with the account manager copied. - 30 days out: lines up the quotes side by side, marked "For agent review". A licensed person decides. - Renewal day: the account manager marks the result: renewed, rewritten with a new carrier, or lost. ## How Riley earns trust 1. In training, it asks first: every email it drafts waits for that account manager to approve, edit or reject it. 2. After 20 clean jobs of one kind for one account manager, Riley offers to be promoted for that kind of email. The account manager or the owner decides. 3. Once promoted, Riley sends that kind of email on its own, and each send is logged with who trusted it and since when. 4. At every stage a person decides, including: anything that quotes, binds or changes coverage; coverage questions and any other non-standard reply to a client; anything Riley isn't sure it read right; recipients who aren't on file; client email that would land in quiet hours; and all client email until a lawyer has reviewed the templates and disclosures. 5. The owner can turn on approve-everything or send Riley back to training. Pause will be one click and will stop all sending; it is being built now. 6. Riley says it is an AI employee in the first message of every thread and in its signature. It never asks clients for Social Security numbers, birth dates or driver's license numbers by email. Client phone calls stay with the agency's people. ## The record Every send, approval and rule change goes into an activity log that can't be edited. Each receipt says what happened, who OK'd it (for example "Your OK, Jul 17") and the check (delivered, or the sentence a number came from). The log exports as the "Renewal record for your E&O file". ## Your data - The agency owns its data and can export it any time. - If the agency stops, it gets a full export. We plan to delete its data within 90 days; the deletion process is still being built, and the agreement sets the details. - Each agency's data is kept separate, and access follows each person's role. - There is no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today. The full data sheet is available on request. ## Coming later (after the first trials) Planned AI employees on the same team (plans, not products yet): Service CSR, Endorsement Processor, New Business, Claims Coordinator and COI Specialist. ## Pages - Home: https://holloway.tech/ - How Riley works: https://holloway.tech/how-it-works - Your data: https://holloway.tech/privacy - About: https://holloway.tech/about - Founder: https://holloway.tech/founder - Contact and the free slip check: https://holloway.tech/contact - Security: https://holloway.tech/security - Privacy policy: https://holloway.tech/privacy-policy - Terms: https://holloway.tech/terms
