    From about 120 days out, someone has to chase payroll, vehicles and loss runs, read the carrier's offer and, if it jumped, ask other carriers for quotes. It gets pushed aside by whatever rang the phone that morning.
    Why it matters
    A slipped renewal can become an E&O problem.

What is Holloway?

Holloway makes AI employees for independent insurance agencies. The first is Riley, a Renewals Coordinator. Riley works each commercial renewal from 120 days out: it asks clients for updates, chases what's missing, requests carrier quotes and keeps a record of every step. Riley is in development. Holloway is made by Holloway Labs, Inc. in Indianapolis.
