Not yet. Riley is in development. When it's your turn on the waitlist, Riley starts with 30 days free.
Not directly. You email Riley your AMS360 or HawkSoft book report, or upload a CSV export, and it reads your renewals from it. A direct connection is planned for later.
Yes. In training, every email waits for the account manager on that book to approve, edit or reject it. Approving means reading the draft.
Only after 20 clean jobs of one kind for one account manager. Then Riley asks to be promoted for that kind of email, and the account manager or the owner decides. Everything else still asks first.
It never quotes, binds or changes coverage, and it never answers a coverage question: those go to the account manager. It also holds an email when it isn't sure it read a number right, when the recipient isn't on file, outside client email hours, or when its safety check can't finish.
Yes. Riley says it's an AI employee in the first message of every thread and in its signature. It never asks clients for Social Security numbers, birth dates or driver's license numbers by email. Texting comes once carrier registration clears: a client must reply YES first, and STOP ends it.
Yes. The owner will be able to pause Riley in one click (we're building that now), turn on Approve everything, or send Riley back to training.
Your agency owns its data. If you stop, you get a full export, and we plan to delete your data within 90 days. The deletion process is still being built, and your agreement will set the details.
When it's your turn, Riley starts with 30 days free.
